Our leadership is passionate about loving and leading this congregation toward godliness and equipping them for the work of the ministry. Mike and the team lead by example, and in their preaching and lifestyle.
Mike is an Oklahoma native who loves the Lord. He first started following Christ in High School and began to sense a vocational calling as he transitioned to college. Mike has been serving the local church for sixteen years in various positions. His vision for Minco FBC is that "we would be a church that loves God and loves people with everything we have. I hope that we are involved in God's mission here and all over the world."
Mike and his wife Donna have five wonderful children.
Jay Horn, Minister to Students
Jay serves with our Jr. High, High School, and Young Adult Ministries. He first responded to the gospel in high school and, during his freshman year of college (with the help of some godly men), began to discern a calling into ministry. Jay is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he studied instrumental music education. He is currently working towards a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Jay has previously served as a missionary in Southeast Asia and a total of eleven years in church ministry.
Rachel Womack, Minister to Children and Families
Rachel, originally from Houston, has claimed Oklahoma as her home ever since she moved to Norman for college. She began to follow Jesus as a kid during summer camp and has been serving and teaching children ever since! Rachel loved teaching music and notes how God was "calling me into ministry to children from pretty much the outset of my service in the local church". She holds a bachelor's in instrumental music education from the University of Oklahoma and a master's in marriage and family counseling from Liberty University. Her desire is to see the church continue to serve our community and to "see our baptistry water movin' and shakin' as kids make professions of faith left and right".
Rachel and her husband Jonathan have been married for thirteen years and have three precious boys.
Stacie McCracken, Worship Leader
Stacie is a local girl who has been following the Lord from age 6. She was raised in a Christian family and has been a part of the local church all her life. She is a graduate of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma where she studied music. Stacie is passionate about worship ministry, ladies events, children's ministry and meeting the needs of her church. She has been faithfully serving in vocational ministry for seven years and leads in the Singing Church Women of Oklahoma.
She and her husband Michael have three awesome kids. They love baseball and the outdoors.
Bobbie Terry, Administrative Assistant
Bobbie operates as our Administrative Assistant (and queen bee). She has served here at Minco FBC since 2006. Originally from Tuttle, Ok, Bobbie and her husband Chad have lived in Minco for over twenty years. They have two grown children, two grandkids and one on the way!
Bobbie's heart has a desire for our church to reach the lost in Minco and around the world. She helps facilitate events, small groups, trips, and anything else needed to see Christ be made known in places and people where he previously hasn't been.
